- 1/4 cup almond flour (packaged)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 drops stevia liquid or 1/2 tsp stevia powder
- Dash of vanilla
- Unsweetened applesauce

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp grapeseed or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
- 10-15 drops stevia liquid
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill buckwheat pancake mix
- 1/2 - 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 - 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
