- Decaffeinated chai tea (hot or cold)
- Splash of unsweetened almond milk

Citrus Soda
- Sparkling mineral water (Gerolsteiner)
- Wedge of fresh lemon or lime
- 1 drop stevia liquid
- 3/4 cup peeled and chopped ginger root
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp lemon extract
- 3/4 tsp stevia powder
- Sparkling mineral water (Gerolsteiner)
Vegetable Alkalizer Juice
- 3 stalks celery
- 1/2 small carrot
- 1/2 apple, green (no seeds)
- 4-5 large handfuls of raw spinach, watercress, black kale, dandelion greens, and/or parsley
- 1 clove peeled garlic, and/or 1-inch slice of ginger (optional)
Lemon Poppy Seed Shake
- 2 oz coconut milk (not low-fat), almond milk, or rice milk, unsweetened
- 8 oz purified water
- 1/4 tsp natural lemon extract (alcohol-free)
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 2 scoops of Vitol 100% Egg Protein powder (vanilla)
- 2 tbsp nut butter (almond or macadamia)
Blueberry Buckle Shake
- 2 oz coconut milk (not low-fat), almond milk, or rice milk, unsweetened
- Handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
- 10-15 drops stevia liquid
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 2 scoops of Vitol 100% Egg Protein powder (vanilla) or Living Harvest's Hemp Protein powder
- Handful of walnuts or 2 tbsp nut butter (almond or macadamia)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Herbal Teas
There are various teas to choose from, including lavender, mint, rooibos, chamomile, oolong, etc.
