Yeast Cleanse Diet

SUPPLEMENTATION FOR ADDITIONAL NEEDS 

The supplements listed below are for those who have additional and/or stubborn symptoms that need to be addressed while doing the 90-day program. Add them into the list of your daily supplementation as needed.

ELIMINATION PROBLEMS 

Constipation 

Herbal laxative:
 
Start by taking the minimum dose on the label in the evening and see if you eliminate in the morning. If you don't, increase by one pill each night after dinner until you achieve daily elimination. The goal is to have full, normal bowel movements, not diarrhea, so adjust the dose until it is right for you. If you have taken up to five pills in the evening and are still not eliminating daily, you can continue increasing the dose by adding one pill after breakfast until you start eliminating daily.

Drink four ounces upon arising and four ounces at bedtime without food. The juice from the aloe vera plant helps reduce gastrointestinal inflammation, repair leaky gut, and alleviate constipation. The juice can be used long term.

This is a fiber that expands in size and helps to form normal stools.
