Dinner - Cod with Olive Tapenade, Sauteed zucchini with garlic and olive oil, Half a baked yam
Day Six
Upon arising - 2 cups of red clover tea
Breakfast - Ground chicken with vegetables
Snack - Jicama with Ranch Dressing
Lunch - Wild rice pilaf, sauteed spinach, and turkey sausage
Snack - Blueberry Buckle Shake, 2 cups of red clover tea
Dinner - Organic whole grain Vita-Spelt garlic, parsley noodles with vegetables
Dessert - Oatmeal cookies (made with stevia)
Day Seven
Upon arising - 2 cups of red clover tea
Breakfast - Goatein, hemp, or egg-white protein shake made with almond milk, blueberries, and stevia
Snack - Rye crackers with almond butter
Lunch - Nutty Brown Rice, Sauteed asparagus
Snack - Spicy Walnuts (small handful), 2 cups of red clover tea
Dinner - Chicken salad on half an avocado
