Candida Albicans Diet

SAUCES, DRESSINGS, AND DIPS 

Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar 
  • 2 stalks rosemary sprigs 
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped 
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and mashed 
  • 1 tsp dry mustard (optional) 
  • 1-2 drops stevia liquid or 1/4 tsp stevia powder (optional) 
Put all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Keep refrigerated  

Candida Albicans Diet

Ranch Dressing 
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, squeezed 
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried chives 
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried rosemary 
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried sage 
  • 1 cup whole, raw macadamia nuts 
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
  • Purified water, as needed 
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add enough water to achieve the desired consistency.

Ginger-Wasabi Dressing 
  • 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated 
  • 1/4 tsp horseradish
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp sea salt 
Zesty Tahini Sauce 
  • 1/4 cup raw tahini
  • 2 drops stevia liquid or 1/4 tsp stevia powder (optional) 
  • Purified water and/or fresh lemon juice if needed to achieve desired consistency
  • Pinch of cayenne 

No-Cheese Pesto 
  • 3 cups fresh basil 
  • 3/4 cup olive oil  
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled 
  • 1/2 cup dry-roasted pine nuts 
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
