Candida Diet Plan

Broccoli with Sliced Almonds 
  • 1 large head broccoli cut into small florets 
  • 1/4 cup raw sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste 
Steam broccoli for 7 minutes. Dry-fry almonds in skillet over low heat for 2-3 minutes; then add olive oil and broccoli. Saute for 2-3 minutes, adding sea salt and pepper to taste.

Candida Diet Plan

Arugula, Beet, and Walnut Salad 
  • 1 large bunch arugula, washed well - discard stems 
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 apple, diced 
  • 1/4 cup beets, cooked and diced 
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, raw or dry-roasted in oven at 350° for 10 minutes 
  • Italian Vinaigrette Dressing 
Southern Greens Mix 
  • 2 cups mixed collard greens, chard, and mustard greens  
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp raw, hulled sesame seeds 
  • Pinch of sea salt 
Heat skillet. Add olive oil and heat for one minute. Add kale and saute over low heat until tender. Add the remaining ingredients, and saute for another 3 minutes.
 

Marinated Kale Salad 
  • 3-4 cups black kale, shredded 
  • 2 tomatoes, diced 
  • 1 carrot, grated 
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced 
  • 1/2 avocado, diced 
  • Vinaigrette Dressing

VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 
  • 3/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar 
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame or olive oil 
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 tsp mustard powder 
Toss the kale and vegetables (not the avocado) with the dressing. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator so vegetables become tender. Add avocado when ready to eat. To find out more, you can check out Candida Diet Plan.
